Method
- Combine gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, sugar, baking powder (or yeast), and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into donut shapes.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes in a greased donut pan.
- Fry at 350°F for 2 minutes per side, then drain on paper towels.
- Let cool slightly and add glaze, cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar.
