- Boil gluten-free pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Melt butter, whisk in gluten-free flour, then slowly add milk. Stir until thickened.
- Stir in shredded cheeses until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix pasta with cheese sauce until fully coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with gluten-free breadcrumbs, and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
