Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cabbage shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for added flavor)

Method
 

  1. Warm up the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sliced carrots to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
